Zahlung fehlgeschlagen

Zahlung fehlgeschlagen

Hi

Danke!

Hey @sackeret,

I hope you don't mind if I reply in English.

With your Revolut card are you using the Physical one or the Virtual one?

Best,

Ethan

Yeah sure, thank you for your reply. I am using the physical card. Is it a
differnece?

It’s previously been reported that the Virtual Card doesn’t work as it
doesn’t have the same level of Security as the physical one. I’m going to
see if I can find out some more info on what else we can try here!

Alright, thank you very much!

HI I have excat the same issue. I was able to pay the first month and now (Today) it's not possible anymore.

I tried to recreate the virtual Revolut and also trying to use the physical card I still the the message "country does not macht".

Is there another way to do it with Revolut?

Hey Both! @sackeret @MAM75,

Could you try the steps outlined in this Support Article and see if that makes a difference by following the steps here. It does recommend waiting a few days and trying a new browser/private window.

If your still having issues after that I'd recommend reaching out to Revolut to see if they've had any issues their end.

Best,

Hi @EthanS1

Thank you for trying to help. Didn't get a solution from Revolut, nor Spotify. I now switched to Paypal which is also connected to my Revolut.

Best

Glad to hear that PayPal is working for you. I’ve passed this across to the right folks to see if they can identify what went wrong and hopefully implement a fix in the future.

Keep Well.

Thank you for trying, highly appreciated.
