can't buy a subscription

My Question or Issue

I cannt buy subscription. After entering the card data, redirecting to the bank's website where I confirm the payment. Then it returns to spotify and displays a message that something went wrong. In the account settings there is Ukraine and I pay with my Ukrainian card what is**bleep**
