can’t join a family

can’t join a family

I can’t join the family premium, because the address that i have to write is nonexistent in the options. all the other members found it, i just can’t. what can i do?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

I recommend checking if your account's country is set properly and matches that of the Family plan manager. You'll find the steps here.

 

It's also worth opening the invite link in an incognito window, another browser or via another device to prevent any caching issues.
