cancel free subscription

how do i cancel the free subscription?  and also, i paid for a premium upgrade, and within 5 hours i cancelled it, but never got a credit back for the 10.00.  i did not use the premium but 5 minutes so feel i should not have been charged the 10.00

Hi lelltayler!

A free subscription can't really be cancelled, but you can delete your account on Spotify.com in the account menu.  Unfortunately I don't think you can be refunded, but if you want I'm sure you can contact Spotify and speak with them about it.  Hope this helps!

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in  contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
