My Question or Issue

I have an active subscription for a month, I paid for 12 months, but in my profile the subscription has not changed, as it was for 1 month, it remains the same

Thanks for reaching out. Check your receipts page and make sure that the 12 month payment actually went through. If it didn't, you can just try again. If you have actually paid for the 12 months according to your payment method, then consider checking if you have a second account, where you still have an active subscription. If something still doesn't work as expected, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.

October 2, 2023. The payment went through, but in the list of my subscriptions there is only one that ends on November 30. When it ends, should the new one appear, which I paid for, or should they both be displayed there?
Can I write the receipt number or is it unsafe here?

For security reasons, make sure to not share any personal info here on the Community.

If the payment went through and is visible here, you're all set! It sounds like the date you're seeing might be related to your current subscription, which will end before the 12 month one becomes active. Once the current one expires, your new subscription for 12 months will automatically be activated.

Should you, however, experience any issues when the new subscription activates, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support team. They'll have the best tool to help out in that case.
