Hi there @Vivi21,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear that you're seeing unauthorized charges on your card.

Most likely your card is linked to an active Spotify Premium account. This could happen in the following scenarios:

  • You've subscribed for a Spotify Premium trial with your payment details and have not cancelled the subscription within the trial period. In this case you can log in your Spotify account and cancel the subscription to avoid further charges.
  • A family member might have used your card to subscribe for Spotify
  • You might have become a victim to fraud or theft and a malicious party is using your payment method

I'd suggest you go through the steps in this support article for more info. If you are certain that you haven't signed up for Spotify Premium yourself, it's best you contact our customer support team through the link 'contact us' and provide them with info about the unauthorized charges. They should be able to help further.

Hope this info helps.

Non of Those scenarios are my case

I eventually pay for a month subscription if I need it

I do not have a Spotify account and have been charged twice on my credit card

This was charged to my credit card on 10/15/24.

How do I contact customer service to stop credit card charges

I need to communicate with Spotify billing and get the charge removed and fix whatever caused it. That sees almost impossiblle to do.

My debit card is being charged and I don't have a Spotify account
