el 09-06-23 se hizo el cobro de mi plan premium y ahora me pide pago

Cambie de plan Dua a Family el día 09-06-23 y se hizo el cobro a mi tarjeta, el monto fue debitado. Ayer 14-06-23 recibí notificación de Spotify está haciendo un cobro de 9,60 por plan Premium otra vez, el pago fallo y dice que debo pagar mi plan. No entiendo porque 2 cobros en menos de un mes

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

If you already had a Premium subscription with us before you upgraded to Family, your billing switches automatically - you don’t need to cancel anything and you won't be charged twice. Your new payment date will likely be a few days earlier than usual to cover the price difference between Premium Duo and Premium Family.

 

You can track all this on your account page, under Your plan.

 

On this page you can find some troubleshooting steps on failed payments as well.
