i want to attach an account to my spotify duo, the owner of this account lives with me, but spotify tells that you are in another country

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community, I'll be here to help you out. Can you check which country shows in your account page for both of your accounts? If it shows a different country, you can change it to match the country of the Duo plan owner.

Keep in mind, if you have a Premium subscription, you need to pay with a payment method that matches the country you're currently in. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
