My Question or Issue

I can't seem to leave my current premium family plan, even after cancelling it on the website. I also tried to use a different browser, but it still won't let me leave the plan. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for coming to the Community.


Can you try leaving the plan again via an incognito window?

 

If it still won't work then, please send over a screenshot of the error message (if you are seeing one) or the confirmation that your cancellation was successful.

 

Lastly, the administrator should also be able to remove you from the plan.
