Hola,

Durante el mes de abril se me ha cobrado dos veces 9,99 euros,  me devolveran  una de ellas?

Are you able to see the status of both charges? If they're both completed, it's possible you have a second account that's Premium. If that's the case, follow these steps to see if you have another account.

 

Once you find the other account you're being charged for, cancel the subscription for the account from here.
