mismatched country and payment

I am on Spotify free now but i want to convert it to premium. However, i will be abroad for 6 months. so i just converted my country to czech (bc i am on spotify free currently) but when i want to make payment it says error. I cant convert my country back to Singapore either. what should i do

The system Spotify use for changing country is based off your IP Address (which can be checked here). If you are not in the country that you are setting your account country to, it will more than likely not allow this.

If you would like to contact Spotify Support to request a country change, they would be more than happy to help! Just fill out the online contact form to create a ticket with support.
