there's a promotional offer to get spotify premium for 4months but the redeem code isn't sent. i've looked my email and spam folder but the code is nowhere.

Also, keep in mind that you're only eligible for the offer if you haven't had Premium before (including other Premium trials as well). You'll also need to make sure that the payment method you're trying to use hasn't been used for Spotify before.
