payment made for premium subscription but still account is showing as free membership

i made the payment for premium subscription and got a feedback message from my bank saying that spotify charged the fee but still my account is showing as free membership

same - i have just paid my monthly subscription and now account says I need to upgrade as I only have a free account. noone seems to be able to resolve this issue!

I have solved my issue - I have 2 accounts - one free and one for which I pay for. The paid for is accessible via FB - logged in with FB andf I can now access my premium account x
