Good afternoon. A card from Belarus was linked to an account with a premium subscription. Now I live in Poland, the card is no longer active. I want to change the payment method, because the last payment did not go through. Writes that you need to change the region for this, so that the map is tied to the country. This does not allow me to do it, most likely due to debt. How can I pay off the debt and link a new card accordingly?
None of the below information is required. However, the more you provide the easier it will be for us to try and help.

Can you let us know what issues you're having with your payment? We'll do our best to help. 

 

In general, you can read through this support article for help with failed payments. 

 

If your payment doesn't go through and your account switches to Spotify free, all your playlists, songs, albums etc. will remain intact in your account, nothing will be lost. While on the free tier, you'll have to listen to ads every 30 minutes and play music in shuffle mode. Those are the major differences, but your library won't be lost.
