My Question or Issue

so on the 16th of august i had $15 taken from my account by spotify and on the 26th another $15 was taken by spotify. I've only been using the free version of spotify I haven't upgraded at all, so I'm wondering if it was spotify that actually took this money from me and why, or if it's another person.

That's not good to hear. Unfortunately, it seems like someone used your account to sign up for Family Premium and add their account. Did you not receive an email about a new suspicious login?
