premium for family problem

premium for family problem

me and my family tried to make a premium for family so it gets cheaper for everyone. my mom tried to make it alone and it screwed up, now me and her has premium for family, but both my sisters dont have it. we should try to do it again, but we cant cancel the subscription or make changes on it, since we forgot the leader account. so the accounts we are using cant do anything. how can we cancel the subscription without that account? please help
