premium pause

premium pause

my spotify show 'premium pause' and said 'your last payment didn't work'

what should i do to make it work as usual?since my payment already complete. any one please help thanks.

Hi @dininabila,

 

Welcome to the forums 🙂

 

It looks as though your card has not yet, but will soon expire so the system is sending you a reminder. 

 

Can you let me know when your last payment was? You can find that out here: Receipts page

my last payment it was on 24/03/2018.

 

and right now my spotify is free

Just to make sure can you check here just so we can be sure you do no have more than one account in question:

 

 https://support.spotify.com/article/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/

 

Also, just to be sure can you check here and confirm the date you was last charged, just so we know it matches up. You can do this here

 

If that is all in order and your using the app, can you try a reinstall here:
