premium subscription

I have a premium subscription, account was opened in Singapore, I now live in Australia.  I have changed countries however when I log in spotify it tells me I am not a premium member and keeps asking me to upgrade, however I have full premium spofity on my phone and so do all my family members.  I want to update my credit card to an Aussie one but cannot because Spofity tells me I am not a premium member, when I go to my account settings the only option spofity gives me is to upgrade to premium.

Right now, all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address as mentioned in our T&Cs.

 

Sadly, since you've moved to a different country, you won't be able to get back to this plan.
