My Question or Issue

Hey, I have a problem with subscribing to premium. I wanted to get the offer of 3 month for 49.99EGP but whenever i enter my credit card details it just keeps on processing i don't get an error and i don't get charged either. i tried to subscribe with another email  and still it just process and nothing else. I tried updating the app and tried using Chrome and incognito tab and still the same problem.  i have enough funds in my credit card .thanks in Advance

Could you try subscribing to Premium here using a different internet connection? You can also try subscribing using a different device.

 

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to subscribe (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

Could you try subscribing to Premium here using a different internet connection? You can also try subscribing using a different device.

I'm spotify free. my Spotify premium got paused April 1,2020 and I'm trying to subscribe again to the 3 months offer.

my bank accepts recurring transactions

Thanks for the details.

The Premium free trial is only for new users who haven't tried Premium in the past.

 

Can you let me know which offer you were trying to redeem exactly?

Could you try following all the troubleshooting steps provided here? Once you get to that page, select the payment method that applies to you. Let me know the outcome for each step you try.

it worked but from another payment method and also another spotify account
