My Question or Issue

I'm getting a "Thank you for using Spotify..." ad every 20 minutes or so on our accounts. This is highly annoying as I cannot skip forward and am forced to listen to it. How can I remove this, as we're paying for an interruption free experience, and this is a major interruption.

Thanks for reaching out about this on the Community. This doesn't sound right and we'll be happy to look into this with you.

 

Can you confirm for us that you have tried logging out > restarting your device > logging back in to make sure everything is synced up?

 

You also mention that this happens on multiple accounts - you can click here to see how you can check the status of your subscription.

 

If this continues, we'll need to know if you only hear that message and if you get it when listening to music or when streaming a podcast?
