says im not premium

says im not premium

hello I have a premium account with you guys and whenever I logged  onto my Spotify account and it's telling me to do the 30-day free trial I already have an account I have a reference number for when the money is taking out of my account <removed sensitive info> I been paying for my account for quite sometime now

Hi harmonicajr1, 

 

I recommend checking out this Spotify help article 'Why isn't my Premium subscription working'-- especially the section about checking to see if you have other accounts. 

 

It sounds like you've accidentally created a second account and you're signing in their instead of your Premium one. 

 

Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem for you.

I have the same problem. Money coming out off my credit card monthly but when i Log in it asks me to upgrade to premium & I cannot access account! I have credit card reference nos. for the debits!
