My Question or Issue

I have just paid last December 21, 2019 for monthly premium plan,  but as early as December 30, 2019, I keep getting payment details failure emails and threats that my premium plan will be terminated. Why are these emails being sent?  I could not even reply because they are sent from a no-reply address!

Hey @martiansun, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you send me a screenshot of your account overview page here? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Could you also make sure you're not paying for another Spotify account? You can find all of your accounts following these steps.

Keep me updated.

Hi Billy,

Thanks for responding.

Shown below is my account overview. I also pasted the latest receipt.

Hi,

I have the same issue. Normally I pay my student subscription fee the second day of each month but suddenly the 30th of December Spotify took 15 euro from my account while I normally only pay 5 euro. This is strange as I haven't changed my subscription and I wasn't even notified that my price went up. In my account I found out that my subscription had changed from student to premium family, however, I am validated as a student until September 2020. So there was no reason for this change to suddenly happen.

Pretty annoyed about this...

Hey @martiansun,

Thanks for getting back to me with the screenshots. In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with your payment provider who can further troubleshoot this issue for you.

Have a nice day!

@Rukkes,
