spotify premium gift card redeemed to wrong account

Hi, I went into spotify to redeem my gift card. It said to go to the redeem page on the website, and I was in the wrong account. I went to change accounts, changed it and went back to the redeem page in that account. However, after redeeming it didn't go through to my app, I checked it and it redeemed to the wrong account. What can I do - can I transfer the premium to the main account, or my content in the app to the other account?
