My Question or Issue

I have purchased premium for students and it charged me , yet i did not receive the subscription due to the countries not matching. I'd like a refund so i can resubscribe.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

@bwounded if the transaction was completed successfully, the Premium service should be active. We'd recommend logging out from your account and logging back in twice to refresh the sync between your device and your account. For more info about the refund policy, we'd recommend checking this article out.

 

On another note, @dlogsdon59 it's possible that the account you subscribed to Premium might be different to the one you have opened on your phone. So if the previously mentioned process to sync your info doesn't do the trick, we'd also recommend trying different credentials to log in as mentioned in this article.

My Question or Issue

The money for the premium subscription was debited, but this payment is not displayed in the application, a couple of days later my card began to be charged for the subscription again, although a month has not yet passed since that payment period, I need to solve the problem, because I do not want to pay twice for a monthly subscription
