student discount connected to old account

Hi, I recently changed accounts, and I was going to buy student discount premium, but it says my student credentials are connected to another account (picture attatched). I assume it is linked to my old account but I have no way to check. What probably happened is I linked it and forgot about it.

I was wondering if it is possible to move the student credentials to my new account (this one).

Would i need to delete my old account or is there an option to "unlink"? I can't find anything in settings.
