van individueel account naar duo account

van individueel account naar duo account

Ik ben van een premium account over gegaan naar een duo account samen met mijn moeder. Bij mijn accountgevens staat dat ik op het duo plan zit, maar er wordt nog wel steeds abbonementskosten afgeschreven van het premium account wat ik had. Hoe los ik dit op?

Hey @annikaaa,

 

Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

Could you please open your account overview page and check both your subscription status and your receipts?
Let us know if you've been charged after the date you've joined the Duo plan.

 

In case you have but you do not see a receipt for the debited amount, you may have an additional Spotify account with a running Individual plan on it.
This FAQ article can help you locate such an account if it exists 🙂
