why do i still have premium even though i haven't pay again?

i missed a payment awhile ago but i still have all my downloads. i thought spotify will just cut my subscription. is it bad? do i have to pay double next time?

Thanks for the question and welcome to the Community.

When your payment doesn't go through on the date it's supposed to, the system will try to charge you for some days later for a certain period. If we're not able to process the payment after a few tries your account will eventually to the free service. 

If your payment successfully goes through on a later date it might seem like you're paying double, but that would be the 2 charges for the 2 months where you've had Premium.

If you have trouble with your payment, you can take a look at this page to see if your payment method meet all of our requirements.

It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
