Every month the Community Team reviews our Ideas Board and present the ones we’ve updated in the past 30 days.

We're here to take a look at the ideas we updated for you all in June. Curious what we implemented last year? Well check out our Yearly Ideas Review: 2015 here. 

IMPLEMENTED:

1. Amazon Echo Support.

Spotify is now available on Amazon Echo. Spotify Premium users just ask Alexa to play any playlist (Alexa, play my Discover Weekly playlist on Spotify), artist (Alexa, play David Bowie on Spotify) genre and more from Spotify’s catalog.

If you want to make Spotify your default music player follow these steps:
Open the Amazon Echo mobile app.
Under Settings, select Customize my music service preferences.
Under My preferred music source, select Spotify.
Tap Done. 

NOT RIGHT NOW:

2. Swipe up and down in the Now Playing view. 

3. Ability to use offline playlists in the Djay app.

4. Play multiple selected playlists. 

5. New Playlist Layout [Desktop].

6. Notify me of upcoming concerts for all Artists in my Spotify.

We're marking this as 'Not Right Now', simply because we've already implemented a similar feature, although it doesn't have the features you've described. Now you can check your personalized Concert section within the Spotify App (found under Browse). 


Much like Discover Weekly, concert recommendations are based on your own listening and picked specifically for you – meaning we surface the live gigs that we know you’ll enjoy, as well as acts that you’ll love to discover.
