Adding an album to a playlist puts the tracks in reverse order when sorted by "Date added"

I use one playlist that has 4,285 songs on it and I keep it sorted by date added so that the most recently added songs are at the top of the playlist. For some reason, recently, when adding a new album to the playlist, it adds the tracks in reverse order. It's rearranged my entire playlist to be this way.

This sucks because sometimes I like to play songs by random, then I'll find a song on an album I want to hear so I turn the random feature off to continue listening from there, but then the songs are in reverse order.

This may not sound like a big deal, but the order of the tracks in an album is super important to me.
