All my playlists are missing

All my playlists are missing

Spotify Premium in the UK.

Macbook Pro 2019

iOS 10.15.3

 

After a few months away, I logged on to find all my playlists have disappeared. I have verified that I have not accidentally deleted them. I do not believe I have 2 accounts. I have tried logging on with my email address and my username and that makes no difference.

Welcome to the Community! That doesn't sound cool - let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

 

If you can’t find a playlist you saved, the creator of that playlist may have deleted it or closed their account, meaning it’s no longer available. If you can't find your own playlists, check out the steps here to recover them.

 

Even if you don't think that you have 2 accounts, it'd be great if you could double-check that you're logged in to the right account. Follow these ways to find other accounts

 

I'd also suggest protecting your account to make sure it's not used by anyone other than yourself. 

 

If you feel that someone else might have accessed your account and made changes to Your Library, you should follow the steps on this page. The support team will then help you secure your account and hand it back to you.

I very much appreciate this advice but it hasn't helped 😕

 

1. I have re-confirmed AGAIN that there is only one account. I am VERY sure about this.

2. I have clicked on "recover playlists" and get the response "you have never deleted any playlists". No surprise for me.

 

Any further suggestions welcome!
