All my saved playlists from other users say it is made by me

For some reason all my saved playlists from other users are all listed as made by me and because of this I can’t filter out my own playlists that I actually made!! 😭

This sounds odd. Would you mind sending over some screenshots of how things are looking from your end, along with the links to some of these playlists so we can check them?

Also, let us know which Spotify version you're currently running.

I notice this only applies to all playlisrs added before this year to my saved, as you can see some of the above are mine while some aren’t but they’re all listed as MM (my display name).

The photos are only some examples but there’s at least 30 or more playlists saved that aren’t mine but listed as mine even to my followers.

Is it possible that instead of following the playlists via the (+) button, you were saving them as new playlists? Note that by tapping the three dots menu and select Add to other playlist > New playlist, you create a copy of the original with you as the new owner.

The only way to reverse this would be to manually search the original playlists and add them to your library via the (+) button, I'm afraid. If there are any apps/services linked to your Spotify account which might have automatically created a copy of the playlists, I'd recommend removing them by logging in on your account page.

Thank you for your response but I have never added playlists any other way other than (+). I only noticed that I started facing this issue while I was on a family plan for like almost a year and after the subscription expired it stopped doing that to any new playlists I added. But for the existing ones I added while I was on the plan, they’re all listed as made by me.
