All of my playlist are grayed out on my app and device

All of my playlist are grayed out on my app and device

It is available when other people look at my shared playlists, but i cant play them.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

As a first step, can you please let us know if the issue persists after clean reinstalling the app as described here? Does the same thing happen when using a different device?

 

If possible, please send us a screenshot of how things look on your end.
