All songs greyed out

Playing songs earlier today fine. Now every song is grey and will not play.  Checked my account, everything paid up.  Open to any suggestions  Thanks

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I noticed that a side-bar appeared and it requested me to connect to my facebook account.  I can't seem to rid the sidebar begging me to give up more privacy. I guess because I will NEVER cooperate and connect facebook, this is the consequence. Thanks guys

I'm having the same issue but I use Facebook to login to spotify so seems like that's not the cause

Solved my issue, somehow the option to allow explicit content in settings got flipped off. After I turned it back on (to allow explicit content) everything was available for me again. Almost positive that I didn't turn it off myself

@manfire7 Glad to hear that it worked out and you can play your favorite jams again.

@Thor7 It's a good idea to check if the option to show Explicit Content is turned on as @manfire7 suggested. If that doesn't make a difference, you can restart your device, log out and log back in again to see if that changes anything.
