Hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language.
When selecting 'Your Library' the Local Files folder should be visible as shown below:
If it's not visible, I'd suggest turning the Setting off and on again.
In case the issue persists, please take a look at this article.
If none of the steps from it help, I'd suggest running a complete clean reinstall instead.
