Artist Radio stations are always finite, always same songs

No matter how I'm listening to Spotify, when I create an Artist Radio station, it's always finite, and I create a "new" station for a particular artist, it's always the same exact set of songs from them and other artists. I've read all the related articles I can find here, but every answer seems to just be "make sure you have Autoplay turned on". Well I definitely have autoplay turned on on all my devices, but my problem persists -- no infinite radio stations, always the same exact songs. How do I fix this?
