My Question or Issue

Hello, I've been having this issue for a while and thought it was solve but I guess not. Here's my first topic https://community.spotify.com/t5/Your-Library/Artists-puting-their-song-on-my-playlist/m-p/4894336#M...

What's happening now is that songs that are not in my favourites or any of my playlists start to play on loop and muted. The artist that has being doing this now is Organic Julia (https://open.spotify.com/artist/09qXO8pVYTUnr0u8SVKAqR) but this happened with other artists too. 

The only thing I can think its happening is that people keep logging in in my account to boost their songs' numbers. I changed my password several times and logged off on all devices but this keeps happening. How can I prevent this from happening again?

I've seen @Mario's great solution to the issue you had.

The steps that were provided for you were given in order to prevent this odd behavior from happening again.

 

However, if you've followed all the steps and still experience the same behavior i believe you should consider creating a new account.

If you decide to do so, you can follow the steps provided on this Spotify answer to transfer all your data safely.
