Artists not showing up when not on wifi

My Question or Issue

when im not on WiFi the artists i follow do not show up. I can only listen to music by choosing an album rather then choosing by artists, very annoying!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

We suggest you run a clean reinstall since this step can usually solve issues rendering Spotify to malfunction  in the way you're describing. You can find the necessary steps here. 

If that doesn't fix things, could you borrow a friend or family members account and see of the issue comes up there as well? We'd also appreciate it if you share the exact Spotify version you're running.

Im using spotify version 8.6.4.1247 and your suggestion did not work. Artists are still not showing up when im not connected to WiFi. I followed your steps and redownloaded all my music. It definitely downloaded because i can still listen to the music if i go to the albums.

Just to confirm, were you able to test this using a different account? 

If possible, could you try logging into your account using a different device to see if you can replicate this issue?
