BMW Spotify App - Libary does not show any entries

My Question or Issue

For a few days now, the Libary of the integrated Spotify App in BMW OS7 / iDrive 7is empty.

Accessing music through search, "for you", recent songs, etc. still works.

But the libary does not show any entries anymore.

This seems to be a common problem for the integrated Spotify Apps for different car OEMs for a few days/weeks now, withouth the car OEMS having updated anything in their infotainment systems.

For clarification: I am not talking about Spotify via CarPlay/Android Auto.
