Can I download offline music with family plan?

I'm logged into my Family Premium plan and there is no option to download music to my PC. Please help!

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

In that case you might be using the Web Player, which doesn't support downloading content for offline listening. I'd recommend using the desktop app instead: you can get it here.

I have premium. One of my family members is unable to download a playlist on which he is a contributor. Articles suggest he should be able to do this. Anyone know?
