Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

I would recommend a clean-install of the Spotify App. You can read more about how to do that here. Please note that you will need to re-download the content to your device after this process.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.

I also can't play my liked songs offline. It needs me to log out and then in for that to work plus it needs me to have my mobile data on. My phone is redmi note 10 pro Spotify Version is 8.8.66.563 and I live in Malawi

I’m also having this problem on the kids Spotify on my kids Samsung galaxy tab. It works fine when in wifi but when offline the app doesn’t work unless I log out and back in with my data and then works for a little bit once I turn data off and then goes back to not working. Not just that it won’t play the content, it won’t load the features of the app when not in wifi. Very frustrating.

Hey there, thanks for your replies @corinnebean87 @Briennemercy.

This might be related to an ongoing issue which you can find here. Please go ahead and reply with the mentioned details so they can look further into it.

Can you also confirm that you can't play any offline content or is it just the liked songs?
