Can't find discover weekly at all.

Hi, I'm listening to Spotify through the web browser on my Chromebook (not the app) and everything is normal and fine but I can't find the discover weekly playlist anywhere. I looked through the 'made for you' topics and the 'discover' topic but none of them show it. I've also looked through my library but it only shows the playlists I made and my liked playlist. I've got Spotify on my Ipad and phone but they're logged into my other account (which shows the playlist fine) and on the web browser I am logged into a new account I just made. I was wondering if it doesn't show since the account is new? Or maybe it's just gone for another reason? I would appreciate any help to try to find this playlist.

The Playlist will show up after the new account sees some use 🙂
