Can’t hear my downloads in other countries

I have premium but can’t play my downloads when I’m in other countries?

Thanks for reaching out!

You should be able to listen to your offline content in another country as long as you have a Premium subscription. Just make sure the content is fully downloaded and that you haven’t had Offline mode active for more than 30 days.

If that doesn’t help, could you let us know if you’re getting any error messages when trying to play your downloads, or if something else is happening?
