Can't play full album or playlist

Can't play full album or playlist

Hi,

 

I am on a Premium plan and for some days now Spotify has not been playing full albums or playlists. The issue started on my iPhone and got fixed once I uninstalled the Spotify app and downloaded it again. But it keeps doing it on my Macbook Air (Sequoia version), even after uninstalling and downloading Spotify several times. Autoplay and Shuffle are off on both devices.

 

Does anybody have the same problem? And does anyone know how to fix it?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

Could you give me more information about what is happening? What exactly happens when you try to play a playlist or album? You mentioned you solved the problem on your phone by reinstalling it, but have you already tried it on your Macbook too?
