Can't recover my shared playlist even though others can see it

My Question or Issue

I created a private playlist that I shared with a friend a few years ago. ~A year ago, I accidentally unliked/deleted it. When I tried to recover it (within 90 days of accidentally deleting it), I couldn't find it, and still can't to this day. What's weird is that my friend who I shared it with can still see it. For some reason, he's not able to share it with me/make it public/add me back to it because it says that I'm the owner. 

Any help would be much appreciated!

If it has been more than 90 days since you removed the playlist, unfortunately you won't be able to restore it from your end. However, since your friend followed the playlist before that, he will still be able to see and access it (as long as he keep following the playlist).

What you could do, in this case, is to ask your friend to make a copy of the playlist, so that he then can share it with you. He can copy the playlist by clicking the 3 dots > Add to other playlist > New playlist. Once it's done, he can share it with you as a collaborator. This way, you can also add new songs to the list. Another option is that you too copy it, so that you're the owner of the new playlist 🙂

My Question or Issue

I had a private playlist someone else made for me but I accidentally removed it from my library and now I cant find it and when I click the link for the playlist I can't acces it right now. It was a really important playlist what can I do about it?
