Can’t see my liked songs from free version - now that I turn to premium ???

Can’t see my liked songs from free version - now that I turn to premium ???

Where all that liked songs and playlists i had when I was free plan on Spotify?
Now I decide to get premium’s and can’t see any of my songs… in both ways I use the same email to login. Any help please ?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Changing the subscription has no effect on the music library, so most likely you've subscribed under a different account than where your music is. Check if you have a second account and then make sure to use the correct login details. Our support team can also help you consolidate both accounts if necessary, When contacting them, make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
