Cannot listen for podcast when logged in

2 days ago I lost the ability to listen all my favorite podcasts. But if I log out from my account – I can listen for them.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

First, we'd like to make sure we understand the situation. You can't listen to podcasts, but if you log out and back in, you're able to do it? Or what exactly do you mean when you mention you log out from your account? Are you able to listen to podcasts when using a different account?

On another note, have you recently moved to a different country or changed the country settings on your account? Bear in mind that Podcasts are not available in all the markets yet, so if you recently made any country changes, that can be the reason. You can double-check the country settings on your account from your Account Overview page > Edit profile. If you're okay with it, let us know the country and we'll check the availability.

Keep us posted!

Hello, Susan.

Yes, I moved to Spain a week ago. Here is the situation:

- I could listen for all my podcasts for several days. After that, all of them become unavailable (no matter using searchbar or my favorites). This is happening if I'm logged in.
- if I log out – everything is ok, I can listen for all the podcasts, no problem

Attaching the video

Hey @sasfeat,

Thank you for keeping in contact, for the video you attached and for the clarification.

Taking into account that it works fine when you're not logged in with your account, this behavior could be related to a mismatch of the country set in your account and the one you're currently located on. So in this case, we'd recommend updating the country registered on your account by following the steps mentioned in this article as the process varies if you're a free user or a Premium subscriber.

Once you have the country updated, the content should work properly.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
