Changed plan and lost all data

Changed plan and lost all data

So today I changed from a family plan (both my wife and I were using) to the Premium Duo, and when I added my wife to it, she lost all of her playlists and song data. Is there any way to get this back?

Hello @chefgoot , welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of playlists

If you haven't done so already, could you head over to Account overview > Recover Playlists and see if the playlists in question do not appear under those that are recently deleted.

If you do find them, you'll see the option to restore besides each one. If not, I suggest contacting the Spotify support to find out if they can assist you with recovery.
