Collaborator cannot add music

My Question or Issue

The collaborator in our playlist cannot add music. She had Android. Both our devices and spotify are up to date.

Can you try removing and then adding the collaborator again following these steps? If they're still having trouble, can you let me know what happens when they try to add music to the playlist? Do they get an error message, or is there not an option for them to add a song?
