Custom cover art for my playlist

Hi, when it got out in beta, i got the option to custom my own cover art and it was so cool. Now i dont know why but I dont get the option anymore either on my pc or phone. Can someone help me to fixe that issue? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! 
Make sure you're not using any VPN services and try locating the below-mentioned options. Note that the functionality you're looking for is only accessible through the mobile apps and not the desktop one:

1. Go to Your Library and select the playlist you wish to create art for.
2. Tap the three dots at the top of the playlist.
3. Select Create cover art.
4. From this screen you can:
   1. Add text to the cover art.
   2. Insert your own images to the cover art.
   3. Edit the background colors.
   4. Add stickers.
5. When you’re finished, tap Save.

If these options are not available to you, log out of the app and back in twice in a row to trigger a manual sync of your settings and data. If this doesn't do the trick you can also go for a complete clean reinstall of the app as shown here.
