De repente suena un artista asiático que tengo bloqueado

My Question or Issue

Todos los días tras 4 horas de reproducir música desde mi lista, salta otra lista que no tengo en favoritos ni siguiendo ni nada. Es más, el artista que suena, lo tengo como bloqueado y a pesar de todo sigue sonando todos los días.

Estas canciones saltan en mitad de una canción, no cuando acaba (de la lista que selecciono) y empieza a reproducir el mismo artista asiático. Es más me mete en una lista de reproducción de todo Asiático.

He probado lo siguiente:

1) Cambiar contraseña de usuario.

2) Borrar caché.

3) Desinstalar la aplicación en el móvil y en el ordenador. Volver a instalar.

4) Revisar la configuración de mi cuenta por su tuviera alguna opción habilitada al respecto.

Just to confirm, have you blocked the artist by going to their artist page > tapping on the 3 dots > "Don't play this artist"? 

On another note, it's recommended you secure your account by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
2. Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
3. Request a password reset by visiting this article.

It's also worth checking the apps that are linked to your Spotify account on your account page under Apps and remove any you don't recognize. You can find out more tips on how to protect your account here.

In reply to your suggestions I let you know:

1) "Just to confirm, have you blocked the artist by going to their artist page > tapping on the 3 dots > "Don't play this artist"?" YES I have selected that option but the artist still sounds.

2) I have followed your instructions and I have Signed out everywhere. Let see what happens.

3) I have already changed the password.

I will let you know if this usse is solved or not with your advices.
